  Message: my dad has lung cancer that has already
spread to his brain so the doctors gave
him 6 months. i feel so alone,m but one
of my friends at school is going through
the same stuff. her dad has cancer and
he had a brain tumor but the doctors took
it out. i just feel scared and i don't want
to go out anymore, just spend time with
my dad.

i know how much it sucks because this
asme thing just happened to me. the
dr's can't even tell us if my dad has 6
months because his cancer is so rare. i
know how hard it is watching someone
you love get so weak. i don't know you
but i know ur pain so if you want
someone to listen- i'm here.

When I found out my mom had cancer, hearing that word, 'cancer' was like getting punched in the chest. Being away at college, I felt helpless. But, the best advice I was given was to stop worrying, because worrying was not going to help my mom survive.
